    Crispy Kale is a delicious snack or side dish for any meal -  full of fibre, folate, magnesium and all your B vitamins.  It is quick and easy -  put a bag of kale on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Himalayan salt, and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 135 degrees C. It should be crispy but not burnt.

    Coriander and parsley are both great metal chellators - ideal for helping rid the body of toxic metals. Metals can be very harmful to the body. Many people suffer from digestive or neurological complaints which may be the result of leaking mercury fillings, piercings or tattoos.

    Make the pesto by blending a large handful of coriander, a large handful of parsley, a clove of garlic, a slug of cold pressed oil and a thumbnail sized piece of hard cheese.

    Chia seed pudding is a delicious, healthy snack. Chia seeds are rich in fibre, omega 3, protein, vitamins and minerals. They are good for your skin, fight against premature ageing, support good heart health and boost your energy and metabolism.

    Easy to make -  first, put some berries in the bottom of a glass. Then, mix 1 tbsp of chia seeds with 2 tbsp of full fat probiotic natural yoghurt, some cinnamon and a tsp of honey. Put it on top of the berries and leave in the fridge overnight to let it gel. Delicious for breakfast or make in a jar and take to work.
